Shipping Policy

For customers who choose to have their purchases delivered the following rates apply per item shipped:

New Providence - $5.00

Family Islands - $10.00

The following chart indicates which islands we are able to deliver to and the method of delivery; please follow this chart when providing the delivery address for your order.

For our New Providence customers we offer 2 business day courier delivery to any New Providence address provided (home or work). Delivery hours run from 6am-8pm, Monday-Friday. Please provide an active phone number at the time of checkout.

For any Family Island that offers Agent Delivery service please provide your home or work address. An agent will most likely contact you by phone before delivery is attempted. For our Family Island customers you can expect your package to arrive within 5 business days unless a specified Delivery Day is listed below. 

If you live in Cat Island please make sure to indicate which airport you would like to collect your package from at the time of checkout.
