Pick-up Policy

The Shoe Village wishes to provide their customers with the most convenient experience; during check-out you may choose the option to pick-up your purchase in store.

To pick-up your purchased item you must bring your printed invoice email, along with some form of government-issued picture identification to the store chosen at check-out. Please be aware that product will only be released to you personally or an individual whose name was listed at the time of check-out, this person will also need to provide identification. 

Customers will have 30 days to collect their items from the date of purchase.

Packages are shipped within 1 business day of the order being placed, meaning if an order is placed Friday afternoon-Sunday it will be fufilled Monday morning.

Should a Freeport customer wish to pick-up their purchase in store, they may do so free of charge. However standard next-day delivery is not always possible, it may take up to a week before the product is available for pick-up. Orders placed by 11.59pm Sunday will be available for collection the following Friday. (Contact us at 1 (242) 394-1011 or email customerservice@grsbah.net with any questions.) Should you require your purchase sooner we recommend paying the $10.00 Family Island shipping fee to guarantee the expedited arrival of your purchase.
